Your data stays on your device. We do not store your personal content on our servers, and we do not read it. What you create in our products belongs to you and remains with you.

This Privacy Policy explains how APLYITS — the operating brand of Aempallys IT Solutions Private Limited ("APLYITS", "we", "us") — approaches privacy across our products, including Talkwing and Needdock, and this website (aplyits.com).
2. Our privacy-first approach
Our products are built to be local-first. Wherever technically possible, your content and personal data are stored on your own device, not on our servers. We do not collect, store, or read your personal content, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
- On-device storage: Your data lives on your device and stays under your control.
- No selling of data: We never sell or rent your personal information.
- Data minimisation: We only ever process what is strictly necessary for a feature to work.
3. Information we process
Because our products are local-first, most information never leaves your device. In limited cases, information may be processed only to deliver a feature you actively request:
- To power AI features: When you ask our products to help — for example, to suggest what to say — the input you provide may be processed transiently to generate a response, and is not retained by us afterwards.
- Basic technical data: Like most apps and websites, our systems may process limited technical information (such as device type or anonymous diagnostics) needed to keep the product running reliably.
We are transparent about this, and we keep it to the minimum required.
4. Third-party services
To provide certain features, our products may rely on trusted third-party infrastructure and AI service providers (for example, cloud and AI platforms). Where such services are used, we work to ensure any data passed to them is limited to what the feature requires and is handled securely. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. This website
This website is informational. We do not require you to create an account to browse it. If you email us (for example, at hr@aplyits.com), we will use your message and contact details solely to respond to you.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we design our products to keep your data with you by default.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data — such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because your data is stored on your device, you remain in direct control of it and can delete it at any time. For anything else, contact us and we will help. We aim to align with applicable data-protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where relevant, the GDPR.
8. Children
Our products are not directed at children under the age required by law in their region, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
